Hamel Studio processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about visitors who are under 16 years of age, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us at milan@hamelstudio.nl and we will delete this information.
Why and on what legal basis we process personal data
Hamel Studio processes your personal data for the following purposes:
Handling your payment
Being able to call or email you if this is necessary to carry out our services
Informing you about changes to our services and products
Delivering goods and services to you
Hamel Studio also processes personal data where we are legally required to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.
How long we retain personal data
Hamel Studio does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:

Sharing personal data with third parties
Hamel Studio shares your personal data with various third parties where this is necessary to perform the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Hamel Studio remains responsible for this processing. In addition, Hamel Studio provides your personal data to other third parties. We only do this with your explicit consent.
Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use
Hamel Studio only uses technical and functional cookies, and analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and for your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferred settings. They also allow us to optimise our website. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. You can also delete any information previously stored via your browser settings.
Viewing, changing or deleting your data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for the processing of your data, or to object to the processing of your personal data by Hamel Studio, and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation named by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to milan@hamelstudio.nl.
To make sure that the request for access was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and in any case within four weeks. Hamel Studio would also like to point out that you have the option of filing a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). How we secure personal data
Hamel Studio takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
